The AccuDrill Precision Drill Guide adds a whole new level of accuracy to your standard power drill. The AccuDrill is great for angle drilling, doweling, plug cutting and even edge sanding. With the easy-to-use protractor scale, you can adjust the Drill Guide in 5 degree increments from 0-45 degrees, left and right. In addition, V-Guides on the base permit drilling through dowel or other rounded stock. Attaches to all 3/8” and 1/2” power drills. Folds for tool-box storage.

Instructions:
Right Angle Drilling:
1. Set angle indicator pointers to zero.
2. Tighten locking knob and handle.
3. For countersinking and controlled-depth drilling, drill a sample to required depth. Set and tighten the depth stop to match drill position at desired depth.
Drilling Holes on Pre-marked Centers:
Position Drill Guide to align the four markers on the inside edges of the base with the center lines on the drilling surface.
Angle Drilling:
1. Set angle indicator pointers to desired angle.
2. Tighten locking knob and handle.
Workbench Mounting:
Secure in position using four, 1/4” diameter bolts through the holes provided in the Drill Guide base.
Underside Workbench Mounting:
1. Cut a 2” diameter hole through the bench.
2. Center the drill under the hole.
3. Secure in position using four 1/4”.
4. Use the cross slide locking screw to adjust the tool bit or sanding drum height.
Center Drilling Round Stock:
1. Position work piece in V-Guides provided.
2. Set and lock Drill Guide to desired angle.
3. Clamp work securely.
Edge Sanding and Chamfering:
1. Install the sanding drum in the drill guide chuck. Sanding drum should extend through base to cover the entire width of the material to be sanded.
2. Tighten cross slide locking screw to keep sanding drum in position.
3. Place drill guide base flat against work surface.
4. Slide drill guide along work surface.
5. For chamfered edge, set angle indicator pointers to desired angle.
Edge Drilling and Doweling:
1. Place Drill Guide’s centering channel over work surface.
2. Twist Drill Guide until both channel sides touch the edge of the work piece.
3. Drill is now centered on the edge of the work surface.
