The exclusive, universal jaw design will fit all sink, drain, slip, trap and compression nuts, as well as basin and sink lock nuts. The three-position slip joint allows the pliers to work on all 1-1/4", 1-1/2” and 2” drain systems. And with a 4” jaw opening, the Under sink Drain Pliers will fit large strainer nuts, and can even be used for opening jars and removing automotive oil filters. The Pliers include a set of removable rubber jaw covers to protect plated nuts or pipes from damage. The rubber jaws also make the tool safe for use on plastic nuts.
