Our Self-Adjusting Pipe Wrenches provide an effortless, one-handed operation for fitting, adjusting, ratcheting, torqueing and removing iron pipe. Dubbed the Hawk for its three-point, talon-style grip, the Self-Adjusting Pipe Wrench provides an extra-strong grip for increased torque and a convenient thumb trigger for quick disengagement. In addition, the "Hawk" features a spring-loaded jaw for fast ratchet action and self adjustment to different pipe sizes. 18 Self-Adjusting Pipe Wrench. For fitting, adjusting, torqueing and removing iron pipe. Cuts down on time needed to tighten and loosen iron pipe without sacrificing grip strength. 2-1/2 maximum jaw capacity. Three-point, talon-style grip with heat-treated alloy steel jaws. Spring-loaded jaw for ratchet action and self adjustment. Thumb trigger for quick disengagement. Handle designed with a molded valve shut-off key wrench. Alloy steel handle with heat-treated alloy steel head.
